It's the first time that Newcrest mention Antipa as a separate company that they have an equity interest in, not just the Wilki JV, on slide 4: EI Equity investment in company;
Not even Greatland Gold is mentioned by name in slide 4.
My interpretation is that they're putting it out to investors that Antipa is a company they have an option to further invest in or t/o
