News came on a bank holiday in the UK, will take a couple of days for institutions to move money round. Next placement should be at a premium at this share price.. Private placements to Newcrest should be avoided if they want to mitigate against a takeover. I’d like to see them do a public offering on LSE AIM or private placements with institutions. Still they have more cash left than I expected after all that drilling so who knows when it will come. I’d prefer them to keep going full tilt though whatever the cost.
