So that's a guestimate of $45million
-This road probably doesn't need to be asphalt but most of the cost is in the base layers and earthworks prep anyways.
-No idea on the local terrain, but obviously cliffs, hills, bridges, floodplains, unsuitable ground, etc will push up costs.
-The remote location is also another massive variable for both men and materials.
