Say if each area floated cheap at say £15m and minyari retained 50% they’d get £7.5m in cash for each area and with the remaining 50% of each area being near or over the current market cap it would be sure to push the price up even before new discoveries are made in those areas.
With the farm in spending it’s certainly achievable to get a decent price and gives them a way to liquidate spending in other areas for minyari while still retaining a large footprint in the area.
