OK so - is it selling or buying - the person that is picking up the shares that are being sold is offering 1.25 - so they are picking up what is being sold in front of the big bid sitting at 1.2= make sense ?
If they went in and linewiped they might attract attention and create volume which the scans and then the traders would notice pretty fast...
Could be selling in small parcels - but that does not make sense here ..The thing I am struggling to explain is the 20k parcels - any way it is being done in a way that is trying not to attract attention.

The chart is now right at the point where it is has broken the downtrendline and is retesting that- the volume is lowering so that would indicate there are less and less sellers here. RSI flat and holding even - macd tight - Probs best to look at the chart - of course there is a change in the behaviour in the depth - it was only 3.8 mill traded today - so that is not a big amount - either way -
Quiet often in the past the tactic would be to dump into the bid - if they are selling to themselves then they also pick up any nervous volume in that - however that is not really working that well currently - Musings -
