$7 billion ASX company loses court case vs shareholders (msn.com)

Investors just won an ASX class action ---- is it too late to get our money back on Mirabela Nickel Brothers? Those conference calls were so reassuring.. we only have to wait it out on C&M and we were already break even... we got robbed! It was prime nickel for Tesla EV batteries.

I have not claimed any loss on this yet -- as far as i am concerned they theived what was ours and im still a holder but have just had it usurmped from under me and ASIC / ASX just watched us get fleeced!
