    IMO, they are simply trying to refinance their debt obligations to assist with cash flow in the short term. This includes doing a deal with note holders to defer interest payments. If they are unable to do a deal inside the 30days allowed then they will simply make the payment.

    My thoughts, no actual knowledge of what's going on.
