looks like someone is trying to provide support and stop it from dropping below $2.
Anyway looks like more fluctuation below we see interest in REITs
an equity researcher once told me that if interest rate goes up by 1% - price of reits will drop by 10% - no sure how he worked it out
the same applies, meaning a drop in 1% interest rate - then sp goes up by 10%
