Agree, reading between the lines it looks like they are looking for a JV partner to take it forward.
Although it's disappointing that we will no longer have 100% ownership it's probably not the worse outcome if we can get reasonable close to free carry or minimal further cost to develop. With funding costs shooting up very fast I think KSN (and all junior miners) will find it very hard to seek large chunks of start up / CAPEX required to become producers. Granted KSN have Mineral Hill generating cashflow but this will be waiting a long time for that operation to build the bank balance up and the alternative option of diluting shares is no where near as attractive as having a JV partner with a big bank balance.
