My understanding why they have been focusing more on Livingstone recently is because of Covid at PNG which restricted any noticeable work. Only recently, did they get permission to resume drilling at Misima.
While at WA, it has probably been the best mining safe haven in the world throughout this Covid era so they took the opportunity to further enhance the Livingston project while work was limited at PNG. Only have to look at OGC and their projects overseas to see the impact of Covid.
