good pick up Andy. I went back and did more research myself and couldn't find any agreements for the license.
but has stated in todays announcement regarding SDM, my understanding they're the main engineers for this technology which in my speculative mind is a positive for a license agreement in the near future.
let's hope China and America work together in this next major boom we are going to experience.
