    This agreement does not dilute the share base which is helpful. Million is a positive start so we can confirm the parties are still talking.
    A cheap buy in with the dollar at level of today.
    All around a story with some good news, lets hope the mine is not like the hungry caterpillar and eats the $1,000,000 up all in one go.
