Not trying to change the price by offering a large chunk, that would not be smart :)
To me, short term is 12 months, long term is over 12, so the rest will go at opportune times.
I doubt that CNQ will boom within 12 months, not even 2 years, so it's now a total dog in my eyes.
I also don't really think HC is "the world" - although it is possible in respect to CNQ :)
