Well - its actually quite straight forward, public companies actually don't have obligations to publish details of sales agreements. Best example is to look at Lynas - absolutely no details what-so-ever in their sales contracts with Bosch.
In this case, its quite likely AGY wants to avoid unnecessary bureaucratic BS from ASX demanding information/disclosure and thus result in trading halts or suspensions
I don't see a conspiracy of any sorts...
