    Being a subsidiary of Mitsubishi formed to serve as a metals trading business, IMO are buying at low-ball prices to on-sell for profit, meanwhile supplying their mother company with cheap product to meet their needs.

    Sure enough AGY are starting small but IMO they should have struck a deal with end-user directly.
