the rules are I’m fairly certain that they must have at least two quarters of money in the bank otherwise they must raise !! This may answer why someone has been so proactive on this site, 300 million shares ! A little dilution won’t hurt to much
my interpretation of this Ann is we have given Mitsu
our offer if they except it no worries if they don’t no worries we have options !! It’s great to see we have the cards and everyone wants our cards
mitsu would be good for us in the sense of global supply but that’s about all they offer us
