The true value of this is stock is well over $1 (being very conservative) and it will push up in due course. I think the problem is that retail investors were stung with the earnings downgrade but don't actually understand what it means. Institutional investors have restrictions on the size of stocks they can touch so wouldn't even look at it. Whatever the reasons, it's grossly undervalued.
