    Always risks with downgrades.
    I would say a lot of sellers would be expecting further downgrades, since the expectation is if you get one downgrade expect more.

    But the rewards IMO outweigh the risks with the magnitude of this sell-off.

    It hit my buy in point in the mid 50s
