So thats why MIX has been falling in the last few days....

Profit from 11.5mill to - 8.2mill
(3.13 to 1.2cents per unit)
and the CMBS1 loan still looming over our heads.

on the positive side

1. Property valuations improved ever so slightly
2. Occupancy improved ever so slightly

and we are still reporting as a going concern (unlike AEZ).

I guess this should have been expected but i was still hoping for some miraculous news.

I'm going to give it to 30JUN 11 to improve
