Sorry mate, I think some of my message was misinterpreted.
For Geoff to be happy with the royalty (as you mention) actually reinforces my new belief that the upfront may be up to a couple of hundred thousand dollars (and not more). This would allow Geoff to negotiate hard on the ongoing royalties (which and get closer to the benchmark/goal of 10%.
The well researched ADOers know that the ongoing royalties are where the action is at!
We need to ensure that the ADO investors on the fringe (of investing more in ADO) realise that a substantial upfront of hundreds of thousands (and not millions) of dollars still represents an absolutely amazing result for our future.
