Looks like they may be reading HC as they literally answered every question in my post. Impressive stuff, if only they had used those good brains during the six-months-long negotiation. Like for example, developing a backup PLAN B.
And, by the way, I think K8's list of properties is correct except of one property. It also looks like the gearing (very rough calcs) will actually drop if they lose the loan and the 14 properties. Can someone confirm this?
