There's going to be fiat money flying in from every direction once silver makes its move. That is when you do capex, and ideally they follow something similar to that solar grinding plan I laid out so they can remove or eliminate their diesel costs which are a massive problem to costs when margins are low. Diesel is already going up and you just have to eat those costs right now.

I just think the timing of this particular CR is very odd. There was buying going on in the days leading up, positive pressure was lifting SP, we likely would have been at 38-40c today if no trading halt. Who knows what next week holds. They just blew their load too early especially when you consider they have 3M in cash and there is no desperate need for cash right now.
