There are small risks to investors who are buying in at over $3 , things along the lines @GT55 alluded to with them buying back the company. Private investors coming in who want to repackage everything for a bigger IPO in the future, do more drilling while private, get it all certified. They'll be taking a $1-2 billion MKR and trying to turn it into a $10B IPO in a permanent silver boom.

But for those of us here now I don't think it matters so much and I suspect any buyout will be ~25% higher than the SP at the time so they don't sour any upcoming new IPO. Also thinking out that far ahead is difficult because of all the uncertainty we are heading into. For right now it is us here looking at ~30c shares.
