The one item that is outstanding on the financial front is follow through regarding refinancing of their debt. They announced not that long ago they are expecting that to be completed well before the Sep or Oct extension deadline they recently got from existing lenders (not sure exactly which month it is).
So the only reason I see a cap raising would occur is if they can't execute on that refinancing goal and they feel an urgency to complete the Deeps drill follow up..... remembering they have got large existing stockpiles of silver (processing from Sep/Oct) that will keep the cash flowing.
