    I think a CR has always been a strong possibility. Going into the IPO they wanted to raise twice as much money but were advised to go small as a reaction to the dawning Covid scenario. By the time the IPO actually happened it was clear that that was poor advise and in fact they could have gotten the finance they needed. So MKR started off with half the money they really thought necessary, and it was foreseen that more may be needed. If they were to raise at .30 it is still less dilution than it would have been at .20

    I am in no way predicting a CR. Just pointing out that management had anticipated needing more cash then they started off with. You can find confirmation in some of the videos from the IPO period.
