    Have they been told to pull it by the govt as the govt is confident the bill will pass, and govt don't want to look like bad guys by over-ruling an EPA decision that knocked back the project?
    I watched part of the first section of hearings, about environmental impacts, and perhaps I'm biased, but it seemed to be positive.
