It is very valuable nk, traders will be sorry selling here at $4Mi MC. This project alone would be worth $20Mi + going on the revenues on 271,000 tonnes annually.

Actually its already at stage 5 which is well past EPA compliant stage, that has already been sorted, see link below

"the proposal is to extract about 3.7 million tonnes of ore from about 30 hectares of land at Jangardup each year, to produce 271,000 tonnes of heavy mineral concentrate for trucking to Bunbury annually. The proposed mine life is eight years. Mining would be by a floating dredge feeding a wet separator. On average, some 56 truck trips (28 full, 28 return) per day would be required to transport the product to Bunbury."
