If you search ICU Medical Inc and ICU Medical Inc Australia you get a feel for size of the overall company and strategic fit of MLA for their Australian business.

Can't tell how big Oz operations are but appear to be reasonable from products on website.

Surely there are other players that won't want an overseas competitor to strengthen their position in this market. Especially given hospitals are looking for fewer but larger and more diverse providers.

Anyone have in views on potential counter bidders etc?
