Do your homework folks this deal looks great. I get the feeling ICU see opportunity here with MLA and happy with paying more. Current Management can see growth under new leadership with billions in turnover and this could make more opportunties for the current shareholders in my personal view. Happy new holder here and feel a good move is coming shortly.
Also buyers building before close and little supply for sale can easily move this over .10 in the next few weeks or less.
