Whilst Lang Walker and a few others hold some chunky parcels, I think us smaller holders could make a fairly big difference, so is definitely worth thinking the proposal through and weighing up the options (should there be any further present themselves).
I know personally with several of my own related holdings and a few of those I'd have influence over that I can account for around 1.6% of total shares on issue that would vote on my lead, so not completely insignificant.
Fortunately the timetable is reasonably relaxed and there is a decent amount of time for others in the business to kick some MLA tyres...
