Great buy-in price here for a stock that pays nice dividends. The SP has been hit hard since the recent acquisition and CR and I consider it bargain buying. The value of their acquired business doesn't seem to be factored in, maybe until it is fully approved, which it will be, and this announcement further confirms this.
