The presentation focused mainly on revenue and winning work. The problem MACA has had is performance and being able to turn the higher levels of revenue into improved returns for shareholders.

For me the things that were missing from the presentation were.

1) Net profit after tax and EPS

2) Return on equity. What return had been achieved on shareholders funds. It would be good to get some comments on this.

3) How can the company Improve bottom line performance.

4). Employee equity participation

5) Any business challenges. They need to be more Candid

The bottom line result for 2021 was poor. The share price reflects this and now Maca has now dropped out of the ASX300 index.

one thing about MACA - they know how to promote themselves to the outside world, however the 5yr chart tells all you need to know.
They underestimated what it took to be (try to be?) a tier 1 mining contractor with the acquisition of Downer West and with the loss of Karara to NRW thats a significant chunk of revenue gone
