The bidders statement clearly removes Theo and the other Directors. There is some indication that others may be retained for a handover.BUT the dymanics are unique to Theo and his team in the context of what MLM has. What DRX has is a mangie dog of a project, being much more problematic. Hence why former MLM Director, Andrew Gillies never pegged it years ago and went for the better prospect.
On the subject of EIS, at least DRX will be able to proforma some of their EIS from the $2.5 million spent on Galalar for the rock jetty proposal, but will have to start from scratch on the rest. And probably spent a similiar amount to Galalar on project spending ($8million)
