So we go from owing nothing, to owing $2.5million.
That's certainly less than ideal.
And worst part?! This technically means that SCONI is no longer 100% owned by AUZ.
This may have prevented legal action, but it shows more weak leadership by the BOD. We owed nothing, and it should have stayed that way.
