Mr. Michael Ramsden is a Managing Director at Terrain Capital Markets Ltd.He is a qualified lawyer with more than 20 years experience as a corporate adviser, he has been involved with all forms of finance, including money markets, futures trading, lease finance, trade finance and foreign exchange. He has worked for a Lloyds broker in London and a number of major international companies including CIBC Australia, JP Morgan and Scandinavian Pacific Investments Limited. He was a Director of D&D Tolhurst Stockbrokers and Tolhurst Corporate Ltd, and his experience in funds management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, equity raising and the general provision of corporate advice.

I thought Ramsden may have been all over this DB.
