VW would possibly be interested if it meant a guaranteed supply.
If other funding is already in place for a project (such as may be the case with CLQ), it would be less attractive for a consumer looking to lock in supply. To me it seems obvious that with several projects looking for capital for building, and with several customers looking for guaranteed supply, there are the ingredients for some deal to be done.
