SCONI SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX:MLM) (Metallica) is pleased to advise that it has agreed
with Australian Mines Limited (ASX:AUZ) (Australian Mines) to vary the SCONI Sale and
Purchase Agreement (SCONI SPA) (refer to ASX release dated 6 September 2017) as
follows:
(a) the remaining conditions precedent have been waived or deleted from the SCONI
SPA, accordingly the SCONI SPA is now unconditional;
(b) the completion date for the SCONI SPA will be Friday, 8 December 2017; and
(c) Australian Mines will pay Metallica a further non-refundable amount of $1,000,000
within 2 business days in consideration for varying the Agreement.
Australian Mines and Metallica are now taking steps to complete on 8 December 2017.
All other terms of the SCONI SPA remain as advised in the ASX release dated 6
September 2017.
