I agree with you on value. But why would you bring set payment date and increase payment. The issue was that some of the precedent did not get meet MLM or AUZ in some circumstances, and 60 day deadline for meeting condition precedent became revoking point for the agreement, probably. Maybe it was MLM's not acting in good faith, having second thought or not giving rest of the project etc.
I think it is mini- hiccup and strong recovery from the issue? Anyhow glad that AUZ is finalizing this deal, i already started to wonder on closing of this deal.
