AUZ managemet are very educated and very cunning when it comes to executing deals and the best possible outcome for AUZ, this wasn't the case of whoops we forgot to pay.. this was done in our favour... 1 mill cash is a far better option to pay then pay 1.5m worth of shares, which in future would be worth 10x plus that amount..
BB and the board have done this intentionally. I believe.
