So tell me how it's going to work when DRX don't get 90% acceptances to enable a compulsory takeover. Yes, perhaps there will be a new Board nominated by DRX and voted in, however this new Board with its non-executive members will be obligated to act in the best interests of Metallica shareholders, not DRX.

With the SSAG accumulating support at the rate they are it wouldn't surprise if they nominate their own Director for inclusion on any new Board. If they accumulate up towards 20% it would be inappropriate to not accept that nominee I would have thought ?

I can only see much ongoing legal jousting and wasted shareholders funds from both Companies going forward.

Let's be honest MLM have a path to export whilst DRX without MLM or Mitsubishi's jetty have nothing for umpteen years.
