    I don't have to accept what you say. Sorry. I meant what I said. They should have closed the offer and then they can replace the board. Then shut down their office to save money. After a while they can offer the same deal to the minority shareholders if they want to but in the meantime the deal is done and dusted. So I'm sorry that you disagree but such is life
