We could moan for some time about MLS and it perceived non-compliances. But two things you can say;
1. They are good at not wasting capital
2. They are good at finding good pieces of land
The appointment of the new CEO is fantastic.
The new options up for grabs soon. Good luck getting the retail outsiders to buy these, I for one will never consider it from past performance. Too many other good opportunities elsewhere to even give it a single thought no matter what is announced going forward.
But I am now back to a buy on the heads.
