past and present holders need to email mr Paul Ferguson for a outline of who received the funds at a 30% discount to pre trading halt prices. If it is JDP he has to disclose as he owns more than 5%. If it is any of the current management or any of there subsidiaries or super funds ect they need to disclose. If management refuse to respond or provide the information, then ASIC will receive multiple letters about this transaction, then the company will receive a please explain, and will be required to provide the transaction details. It is likely nothing will happen as a result, but it is time to put management on notice.
