Hi Batohbk,
Could you please provide a real quick breakdown of how you arrived at this figure?
I have been reading through the prospectus and explanations on CFT shares and I cannot work it out. Thank you for any response.
I can see somebody has paid 0.042C per share.....I can see the $1,000,000 in liabilities (this is a tax lability)...........
Is it just the initial investment - the tax deduction benefit received by the original Canadian entity = 0.021. And this 2.1C is the remaining value in each share that was transferred to the Australian entity?
So the Canadian entity made no profit and it was to transfer to the entity in Australia for cheap 2.1C? (The Canadian entity gets a tax deduction however where this would of needed to be paid to the government otherwise)
MLS however receives $3,324,040?
- $1,750,000 (approx) from the Australian entity
- $1,574,040 is received by MLS form the Canadian entity
