Yep and no response from the directors.
Im just wondering whether Mr Cooke has drawn the conclusion that ABY may be speaking with other interested party(ies) and has been shut out. Could be paranoid, given that TAM went to NST under their nose. So the only way to get MLX upfront and centre is to go straight to SH's.
Meant to say this before, surely this will encourage other bids now its in open. MLX are relying on their SP performance and diverse business to convince SH's. It will take a lot of convincing in my opinion if more dollars are thrown at ABY.
