Well if they do as well as quickly with copper as did with gold who knows. One must remember this was a battling tin miner with a few assets sitting idle not so long ago and the gold strategy pretty much came out of nowhere and transformed the company. Where was the gold price when they started?
Irrespective of this bid they are saying a heap of gold production is coming online.
In the absence of a superior bid it will probably happen as it is most likely they have the major shareholder on board.
