loki - What makes you think I've made a poor investment choice?
It will only be a poor investment choice if the price I've paid for the stock is greater than the underlying value of the stock. Your implication is that:
(i) I've paid too much; or
(ii) MLX's scrip-based offer price will fall below my average entry cost; or
(iii) There will be no other offer now or in the future above my entry cost; or
(iv) In the absence of any deal, the value of all future cash flows from ABY discounted back to the present will be less than my average entry cost.
Which one is it?
