I attended the Oil and Gas Expo in Perth earlier this year and was very impressed in the way MRM had diversified into defense, environment and wind
Who knows how this will turn out. If the major shareholders have agreed to relinquish their shares (almost 80% of capital based on last years annual report), the only way this will not go through is if an institution purchase enough shares to block bid.
