They continue to get paid.
They have the option to consider a higher proposal thereby increasing the value of their rights
They have the option to to make determination on the amount of unvested rights that will able to be exercised.
Looking at todays volume it seems there's a urgency to obtain stock. All imo, it looks like a position is being taken posthaste.
Scheme vote late June. 3 months for a competitor to amass a position and launch a counter.
