I'm merely positing an outcome we do need to consider however you seem to be well versed in the so called boilerplate conditions and fully confident of the outcome.
Far be it from me to contradict your certainty however a reading of the finer print conditions titled "Timetable and next steps" might help to explain why the deal might fall over. Clue: something to do with 75% of votes cast and a majority of shareholders present blah blah blah (my most recent and happy experience here was with the proposed T/O of Origin Energy scuppered by unhappy holders).
Watching the ebb and flow of trades in the past couple of days and that at least one significant holder aint that happy might also suggest it is far from a done deal. ATM.
Anyway good luck to you. Cheers.
